The Old Inn has become a regular spot for us. We love the mix of old and new. It has such a relaxed atmosphere and staff are excellent. The spa is very unique and we love that even with a full house, the spa never feels overly busy. We try to visit at least two/three times a year to unwind and look forward to our next trip.

A very enjoyable lunch today to celebrate a special family occasion. We received a warm, friendly welcome and were promptly shown to a very nice, spacious table for our party of three. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal’s from the Festive Menu, the food was delicious and piping hot. We were very well looked after by Charlotte and Alex, all the staff were very friendly & helpful and there was such a lovely ambience, dim lighting and beautiful Christmas lights made it very special! Look forward to returning soon.

Afternoon tea was a real treat. I have been here many times and love the old inn atmosphere. It was a family celebration and we really enjoyed the tasty treats on offer. We also appreciated the complimentary refills on our selected teas and coffees with our food. It wasn't busy, and we had a lovely big table in the main restaurant, very comfortable with plush cushions. In the past I've experienced big problems with parking, which is limited and honestly this has often put me off from visiting more frequently, however on this occasion we had no difficulty getting into the car park. Staff were pleasant and standard of food was very good. We had a lovely selection of savouries and sandwiches, with beautifully fresh scones and some really pretty sweet treats. All in all a perfect afternoon. I will definitely be going again.

First time visiting after the Hills got their hands on it and as glad as were to see the back of the previous owners, it wouldn’t really have been somewhere to put back on our radar anyway. A weekend lunch and we thought we’d give it a go. We’d heard stories about their spa now attracting East Belfast’s tattooed finest and our first impression on entering the hotel confirmed that yes indeed, walking around in a spa robe and sliders was considered appropriate by Columbian Imports Inc. Bar was busy and they were way understaffed for the amount of customers. A long wait for someone to at least take our drink order at our table (which we’d booked) and an even longer wait for our food order to be taken. Girls were very pleasant, there just weren’t enough of them. Only one young lad behind the bar and he seemed to have two speeds, dead slow and stop. Food was ok to a point. My burger was as dry as the Gobi desert and the café de Paris mayonnaise was just plain weird. I’m a HUGE fan of it in [compound] butter form, but it doesn’t work when turned into a mayonnaise. The anchovy hit was too strong and it overwhelmed the other main flavours that should be present. Onion on the burger in some shape or form would’ve been more than welcome too, but alas no. Chips were good though. Far from oily. No sense of anyone in charge either. No visible management of any description, just the girls on the floor and the young lad behind the bar. Mens toilets were pretty dreadful. Putting aside it being used by spa guests who fancied a quick trip to South America, the hand drier didn’t work and it stunk heavily of pee. We tried it, but too many negatives to frequent it again.

This stay was a christmas gift from the kids and did not disappoint .. We have stayed in the Galgorm on numerous occasions and loved it, so we're eager to visit . The reception staff were welcoming friendly and so professional . Off to a great start . The treetop area is tiny but adequate .. maybe another hot tub would not go amiss as one group hogged it the whole day, which was disappointing as it was a lovely sunspot. The bar staff were efficient and very pleasant and helpful .No waiting around. I had a treatment while I was there, and it was sublime . Big shout out to Oratile. I have never in my life had a deep tissue massage like it. She was beyond excellent . I really can't compliment her enough.. Felt amazing afterwards and so relaxed, which was the aim. Cocktails expertly made and dinner was delicious . Everything from cleanliness to service was excellent. Five star review for a five star experience!!

The Old Inn Crawford Burn . Bangor Northern Ireland . What a delightful Inn ! Established in 1614 this historical gem is breathtaking . In the grounds is a romantic cottage , with traditional decor , complete with four poster bed where CS Lewis and his Wife Joy spent their honeymoon. If you are planning a romantic get away you can’t do better than the Old Inn. The inn has all the facilities you would expect from a spa hotel, lovely meeting rooms and excellent dining facilities. Mathew Stockton, the Business Development Manager , is a very warm , kind and welcoming host . The front desk staff absolutely lovely . I can’t wait to go back on an extended visit .

We had an amazing stateroom start to finish. We were greeted with big smiles at check in at reception to turn be guided to our room with a full run through of the bar area to restaurants to treetop soar details . We headed to the treetop spa which is delightful and the fact that you can chill and order your drinks to the spa was brilliant. We had full use of the steam room and hot room along with the hot tub and chill lounge an excellent place to relax. We then headed to the bar and had a three course meal the quality of the food and the taste was superb along with very attentive staff. Overall would I recommend absolutely they also provide flip flops towels and robes for the spar, Ghd hairdryer in the room which was fab free soft drinks in a mini fridge in the room and tea and coffee facility’s what are you waiting for book now 🥰
